Opening Times

Normal Opening Hours

The surgery is open at the following times:

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30

Extended hours - Saturday 09.00 to 11.30

Phone Lines

Our phone lines are open from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Callers in the morning will be booked into the next routine phone appointment which may be later that same week or the following week.

If the problem is urgent patients will be booked in for a phone consultation with the GP that day or if none are available patients will be asked to complete an e-consult which will then be triaged by a GP and the most appropriate consultation date will be booked, as per the reviewing GPs instructions.

Once our morning appointments have all gone patients may be asked to ring in at 1.30pm as we do reserve a limited number of appointments for urgent problems in the afternoon this is on a first come first served basis.

Closed Afternoons (from 1pm to 6.30pm)

We are closed on the following afternoons for GP and staff training, if you require medical attention during this time you should call 111, or in an emergency 999.
